Refund policy
Admission fees are non refundable. A full refund of the remainder of the cost minus 2.5% administration fee will be given up to 5 days before the tour. No refund 4 days (96 hours) or less prior to commencement of the tour.
Bookings for scheduled public tours are non refundable.
Recording and Filming
Recording or filming of our tours is not permitted.
