St Paul’s Cathedral Tour
Take a St Paul’s Cathedral guided tour to admire Sir Christopher Wren’s masterpiece, built after the Great Fire of London in 1666. The only cathedral in England in the English baroque style, the only one with a dome and the first cathedral to be built after the Reformation. The site has been a place of Christian worship since 604AD and the present cathedral is the fourth on the site, it has a special place in our Christian history. The Cathedral hosted the funeral of Winston Churchill, the wedding of Prince Charles and Diana Princess of Wales and Queen Elizabeth II’s silver, golden, diamond and platinum jubilee celebratory services. It also symbolised the resilience of London when it survived the Blitz in World War II as everything around it was flattened. It is also possible to include the climb the dome to the Golden gallery for views over London for groups who wish to do that.
